Before delivery

• Confirm the ordered model, version, accessories and delivery address.
• Check published dimensions and weight against the access route.
• Request required playing clearances and installation conditions.
• Confirm voltage, frequency, rated consumption and connection requirements from the technical documentation.
• Ask whether the intended indoor or outdoor location is approved for that version.

During operation

Follow the supplied inspection, cleaning and maintenance instructions. If damage, abnormal operation or an electrical fault is suspected, take the machine out of use and contact service. Do not perform repairs beyond your competence or the manufacturer’s instructions.

Inspection intervals, replacement parts and service procedures cannot be inferred from another product in the range. Request the manual for the exact machine.

Requesting a part or service

Provide the model, serial number if available, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Ask service to identify the correct part and confirm compatibility before ordering.
